The IFCC Dealer Experience
As an IFCC Dealer, you will be provided with exceptional service and support, alongside products that are thoughtfully designed and produced. We work diligently to apply the latest market trends in our designs and use quality materials and finishes in the manufacturing process.
We understand every job requires different levels of customization, and that customers expect reasonable turnaround times. We’re here to make that process seamless for you, by quickly identifying what is available to make the design possible, and providing convenient access to tools and systems through our Dealer Portal that makes quoting and ordering fast and efficient.
We offer reasonable lead and shipping times, typically around eight to ten weeks, and enjoy having the opportunity to connect with you personally when you pick up the finished product.

Caring for your IFCC Cabinets
Keep your cabinets looking their best and make adjustments to suit your personal preferences.
Cleaning
Dust and Dirt
To clean dust and dirt from surfaces, we recommend using a soft, damp cloth; followed by drying promptly with a dry, soft cloth.
Grease
To clean harder-to-remove dirt and grease, use a soft, damp cloth paired with a water-soluble, non-abrasive cleaning solution such as mild soap or dishwashing liquid; followed by drying promptly with a dry, soft cloth.
To clean stubborn grease, use a soft cloth dampened with a liquid cleaner such as Windex or mineral spirits.
What to avoid with cleaning
Harsh and abrasive cleaners such as “Orange-Glo,”
Brushes or pads, and
Waxes or chemicals such as Pledge; may damage the natural luster of the finish by creating a sticky layer that attracts dirt and dust.
Door & Drawer Adjustments
Doors
-
To adjust the depth offset of the door, turn the back screw right or left to achieve the desired result.

To adjust the right or left orientation of the door on your cabinet, turn the front screw right or left to achieve the desired result.

To adjust the position of the door on the height of the cabinet, loosen the top and bottom screws approximately half a turn. Then tap the hinge up or down to get the desired result. Re-tighten the top and bottom screws snugly.
Drawers

To adjust the height of the drawer front on the cabinet, loosen the top screw one full turn, and then turn the bottom screw right or left to achieve the desired result. Re-tighten the top screw snugly.

To adjust the right or left orientation of the drawer front of the cabinet, loosen all four of the corner mounting screws approximately a quarter then. Next, bump the drawer front gently with your hand to the desired position.
If the drawer front doesn’t move with a gentle bump, loosen the corner screws a little more. Re-tighten the corner screws once the desired position is achieved.
When doing any adjustments to your cabinets, it’s important to note that soft screws are used in the assembly, and over-tightening will strip the screws.
